Small Group Training, Spin and Yoga
Small Group Training

Our small group training sessions provide balanced physical conditioning in endurance, strength, speed, flexibility and other basic factors of fitness.  We provide small group training with Certified Personal Trainers in a welcoming environment perfect for people of all fitness levels.  All sessions are held in the End Zone. Each class is only 45min to 60min long.  We will start each session with a warmup specific to our lift. Every day is different lift including back squat, front squat, bench press, deadlift.  With the time remaining, usually 20-30 minutes, we focus on either push training, pull training, lower body training, full body, HIIT, cardio.  Come workout with us, no experience required, we can teach and/or modify any of our movement

Spin and Yoga
Group Fitness Class Schedule

Cycling: Designed for all ages and fitness levels, Cycling offers a challenging 45-60 minute ride with fun energizing music. It’s the perfect opportunity to get your heart pumping while you burn some serious calories.

Yoga: Join Mary Lee for a gentle flow yoga class. This is a low -impact, calming style of yoga that focuses on slow, mindful movements and deep breathing. It’s designed to help release tension, improve flexibility, and build a sense of inner peace.
