Personal Training and Fitness Classes

F.I.T.

Functional Integrated Training (F.I.T.) classes provide balanced physical conditioning in endurance, strength, speed, flexibility and other basic factors of fitness.  We provide small group training with Certified Personal Trainers in a welcoming environment perfect for people of all fitness levels.  All classes are held in the End Zone. Each class is only 45min to an hour long.  We will start each class with a warmup specific to our lift. Every day is different lift including back squat, front squat, bench press, deadlift.  With the time remaining, usually 20-30 minutes, we focus on either push training, pull training, lower body training, full body, HIIT, cardio.  Come workout with us, no experience required, we can teach and/or modify any of our movements.
