What is FIT Class?
Functional Integrated Training. Every session is built around movements your body was designed to do, squatting, hinging, pushing, pulling, and carrying. The result is strength that carries over into real life, not just the gym.
Certified Trainer Led
Every class is coached by a certified Mindset Fitness trainer. Proper form, functional programming, and someone in your corner every session.
All Levels Welcome
Every exercise can be modified up or down. Whether it is your first class or your five hundredth, there is a version of this workout built for you.

Every exercise we program has a purpose. We train the movements you use every day, getting off the floor, carrying groceries, climbing stairs, picking up your kids, so you get stronger in the gym and feel it everywhere else.

FIT Classes: $140 per month for 3 classes per week. $200 per month for 5 classes per week. Cycling: Included with Platinum membership or add on for $30 per month.

Not at all. Every exercise in every FIT class can be modified to match your current level. Our trainers are there to make sure you are working at the right intensity for your body, not someone else’s.
Just wear comfortable workout clothes and bring water. We have everything else you need. Show up a few minutes early so your trainer can get you set up before class starts.

FIT classes combine strength, conditioning, and functional movement using weights, body-weight, and equipment. Cycling is a dedicated spin class focused on cardio and endurance on the bike. Both are coached by certified trainers
Absolutely. Many of our members combine FIT classes with personal training sessions for the best of both worlds, group energy and one on one coaching. Ask us about combination pricing.
No long term contracts. FIT class memberships are billed monthly and you can adjust your frequency or cancel with notice. We want you here because it is working.
