With over a decade of experience in the fitness industry, I specialize in group fitness, personal training, and boxing. My approach combines physical strength with mental resilience — helping clients build not only stronger bodies, but stronger mindsets. The gym is where my purpose and passion align.
Originally from Arizona, I recently relocated to the area to be closer to my grandchildren and to continue making an impact through fitness in a new community. In my previous role, I was fortunate to be recognized with a 10-year service award for the years of commitment to health and wellness — something I’m proud of, but more importantly, a reminder of why I do what I do. Hi, I’m Julia! I graduated from Cal Poly, San Luis Obispo with a degree in Kinesiology and focus in Exercise Science. I am an ACSM Certified Personal Trainer and a group exercise instructor, with over 5+ years of personal lifting experience. I am also currently pursuing my Doctorate in Physical Therapy at Eastern Washington University. Go Eagles!
Sports were always a huge part of my life growing up – I played soccer, softball, basketball, and now love competing in pickleball. I take a holistic approach to fitness, focusing on strength, injury prevention, and overall wellness. To me fitness is a form of self care. Hi, I’m McKenna, a certified ISSA Personal Trainer and NASM Wellness Coach. I specialize in helping midlife women navigating hormonal changes and members of the LGBTQIA+ community reconnect with their strength, confidence, and identity. I’ve been training for over two years, and what first inspired me was the desire to help others discover who they truly are. My journey started with empowering women to find their inner strength, and it naturally expanded into creating inclusive spaces for the LGBTQIA+ community to do the same.
When you train with me, you can expect a mix of high energy, laughter, and a little tough love. I’m the kind of coach who will push you to your limits but also crack a joke when you need it most. Outside the gym, I love reading, crafting, and going to concerts and festivals, all of which fuel the creative and joyful energy I bring into every session. My goal is to help you feel powerful, supported, and proud of every bit of progress you make along the way.
