Session One
We Learn About You
McKenna sits down with you to understand your goals, health history, injuries, and lifestyle. We run a full InBody scan to get your baseline body composition numbers, then a movement assessment to see how your body moves and where we need to start. No judgment, just data and a plan.
Session Two
We Show You What is Possible
Your first real training session. We put you through a workout built specifically around what we learned in session one. You will leave knowing exactly what training at Mindset Fitness feels like and what it can do for you.

Absolutely not. Most of our personal training clients start with little to no gym experience. That is exactly what the first free session is designed for. We meet you where you are and build from there.
Tell us during the first session. Our trainers are experienced in working around injuries, limitations, and health conditions. Julia specializes in injury prevention and McKenna works extensively with clients managing health related fitness goals.
A gym gives you equipment. A personal trainer gives you a plan, accountability, proper form, and someone in your corner every session. Most people see more progress in 60 days of personal training than in a year of going it alone.
Yes. After your two free sessions with McKenna we will match you with the trainer who best fits your goals, schedule, and personality. You can also request a specific trainer from the start if you have a preference.
No long term contracts. Personal training is billed monthly and you can adjust your frequency or pause with notice. We want you here because it is working, not because you are locked in.
Session one is a full goal and movement assessment with McKenna plus a complete InBody scan to get your baseline numbers. Session two is a full personalized workout. Both sessions are completely free with no strings attached.
